About Us

Kerry Vince has been building homes, as well as managing major projects (such as Mures Fish Centre at Constitution Dock, Hobart and the Savoy Baths & Hotel in Elizabeth Street, Hobart, and currently Hobart Airport Hotel) for Tasmanians for over 20 years.

Kerry is a builder who prides himself on the quality of both his work and his service. He believes in working closely with his clients to make sure his work fits exactly with their needs. His success in doing this has been due, in part, to his strong belief in the importance of old-style values, such as reliability and trustworthiness.

Kerry's skills and services are very much of the moment - he is a member of 'Greensmart' and endeavours to incorporate environmentally friendly materials and technologies into his building projects where appropriate. He also actively seeks to improve and learn more about the skills that make up his trade.

The quality of his work is evident given that he has won multiple HIA awards including the 2006 HIA Home of the Year award, and the number of repeat clients he has working relationships with.

Kerry is happy to provide quotes for any sized project, be it a small renovation to a major project. His wide range of professional experiences makes him an obvious choice for all projects which require commitment, quality and creativity.

Kerry is based in Allen's Rivulet, 20 minutes south of Hobart. When he isn't working Kerry enjoys time with his wonderful wife and two beautiful young sons, as well as caring for an assortment of horses and dogs.
